- Weatherstripping/Caulking - Another tiny cost with huge returns and reduces drafts.
- Insulation - In an old house, a little insulation goes a long way and reduces drafts.
- Low flow showerheads - These little guys keep the pressure firm while reducing your hot water bill.
For businesses
- Switch off equipment when you're not using it. On average offices waste £6,000 each year by leaving equipment on over weekends and bank holidays. Just getting your employees to turn off their monitors when they go home can make a big difference.

The other day while driving through Essex, one of our staff members pulled up besides a primary school to purchase
a local newspaper from an adjacent shop. She was extremely surprised to notice 6 new Range Rovers all picking up
children from the school. She waited for each vehicle to leave and discovered 5 of the vehicles only had 1 child passenger and the
other had 2 child passengers. Are these heavy, 4-wheel drive, Carbon Dioxide emmission intensive vehicles really
necessary when only transporting low volumes of people ?
One thing we do agree with Mr Livingstone about is £25 per day Congestion Charge for 4-wheel drive vehicles !
